REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Complete Aluminium Solutions, we aim to provide a professional and reliable service on every project.

Due to the specialist nature of our services, including repairs, servicing, fault diagnosis, fabrication and installation, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Where work has commenced, an engineer has attended site, materials have been ordered, or bespoke fabrication has begun, costs already incurred may be non-refundable.

If you have any concerns regarding work carried out by Complete Aluminium Solutions, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange further inspection or remedial works.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
